60-Day Money-Back Guarantee
You have 60 days after delivery of your order to request a return for a refund.
If ORVAER does not work for your intended application, contact us within 60 days of delivery. No reason is required to begin a return request.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
• Your return request must be submitted within 60 days of delivery.
• The product may be opened and used under normal working conditions.
• The returned item must include the main tool and all included components or adapters.
• The product must not be intentionally damaged, altered, abused, or modified.
This guarantee is designed to let customers test ORVAER on real access-limited repair jobs while protecting against misuse, intentional damage, or incomplete returns.
How to Start a Return
To begin a return, email us at support@orvaer.com with:
• Your order number
• The name and email address used to place the order
• A photo of the product and included components, if requested
We will reply with return instructions and the applicable return address.
Please do not send products back before receiving return instructions from our support team.
Return Shipping Costs
For standard returns under the 60-day money-back guarantee, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
If your order arrived damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing an item, ORVAER will provide an appropriate resolution. Where a return is required for an ORVAER error, we will cover or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days after approval. Your bank, card provider, or payment platform may require additional time to post the refund to your account.
Original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless the return is due to an incorrect, damaged, or defective item.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, contact support@orvaer.com as soon as possible.
We will do our best to cancel your order before it ships. Once an order has entered fulfillment or shipped, it may no longer be eligible for cancellation and must be handled through this Refund Policy.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@orvaer.com.
Please include your order number and photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label when possible. We will review the issue and arrange a replacement, return, or refund where appropriate.
