Thank you for choosing ORVAER. We work to get your order to you quickly and keep you updated from checkout through delivery.
Shipping Coverage
ORVAER currently ships to addresses within the United States only.
Shipping charges, if any, are displayed clearly at checkout before you complete your order.
Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing on the next business day.
During processing, we verify, prepare, and package your order for shipment.
Estimated Delivery Time
After your order has shipped, estimated delivery is typically:

Total estimated delivery time, including processing, is generally:
6–11 business days from the date of order
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary based on destination, carrier operations, weather, holidays, and other circumstances outside ORVAER’s control.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.
Please allow up to 48 hours after receiving your shipping confirmation for tracking activity to update.
Shipping Delays
Occasionally, carrier delays, weather events, high order volume, or other unexpected circumstances may affect delivery timing.
If we are unable to ship your order within the stated processing timeframe, we will contact you with an updated shipping estimate. You may choose to approve the delay or cancel the unshipped portion of your order for a full refund.
Address Changes
Please make sure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order.
If you need to update your shipping address, email us as soon as possible at support@orvaer.com. We will do our best to help if the order has not yet entered fulfillment.
Once an order has shipped, we may be unable to change the delivery address.
Delivered but Not Received
If tracking shows that your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check with household members, neighbors, your building office, and the carrier.
If you still cannot locate the package, contact us at support@orvaer.com with your order number. We will review the shipment and work with the carrier where appropriate.
Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items
Please inspect your order after delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, incorrect, or with a missing component, email support@orvaer.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label when possible.
We will review the issue and work with you to provide an appropriate resolution.
